Timber Yard is a new student accommodation opening in Summer 2026, just in time for the September 2026 intake. It is located on Silverthorne Lane, Bristol (BS2 0QD) and has 706 student beds. The property is about 17 minutes from the University of Bristol's new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus and the University of Bath, which is around a 45-minute journey by public transport. One of its standout features is the 13th-floor private dining room with views across Bristol. Students can also work out in the gym or fitness studio, play basketball, watch films in the cinema lounge, sing in the karaoke room, or spend time with friends in the games hub and communal lounge. The communal kitchen and the private dining room on the 13th floor are great for cooking and eating together while enjoying views across Bristol. There are also study rooms and meeting rooms for quiet study sessions.

One thing that makes Timber Yard different is its artwork by local graffiti artist Rich T. The colourful murals can be found across the shared spaces and give the building its own style. Outside, the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone has cafés, bars, and pop-up markets. Water taxis and buses also make it easy to get to Bristol Temple Meads Station.
