What bills are included in my rent?

- Internet Bills. Internet speeds are up to 200mpbs wired and uploads/downloads are unlimited.
For electricity, you can either go exclusive where you are billed monthly, or for a package which is £15 extra per week and includes a set number of units.
Is a Guarantor required to book a room?
For CODE Leicester, a UK-based guarantor is required.
