Great value for money and you can choose from internal views of the courtyards or facing outwards towards the city centre depending on availability. These rooms come in shared flats of 4, 5, 6, or 7. These rooms are approximately 15m2.
Premium£165 / week
Enjoy a bit more space with one of our contemporary premium en-suite rooms. You can choose to share your Kitchen/ Lounge area within a 4, 5, 6 or 7 bedroom flat. These rooms are approximately 18m2.
Deluxe Ensuite£182 / week
Live a life of luxury in your very own extra large en-suite room. You can choose to share in a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom flat, containing all the same features just more space to stretch your legs and many of these rooms have triple aspect windows… fancy! These rooms are approximately 21m2.
Deluxe Studio£204 / week
Live the high life. You’ll have a large self-contained studio apartment, but it is still within a 4 or 5 bedroom flat, so you can choose to socialise with your new friends in the communal kitchen or dine by yourself in your own flat. Perfect for all moods and occasions! These rooms are approximately 25m2. Our Deluxe Studios are ideal for couples. Dual Occupancy contracts are available at an extra £25 per week.
Security Deposit: **No Security Deposit**
Booking Fee: £250 to confirm your booking (adjustable in your rent).
Guarantor: UK based guarantor required.
Installment Plan: Full payment or 4 installments.
Mode of Payment: You can either pay the rent by card or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy - England & Wales 2024/25
Unless the context otherwise requires, words and expressions defined in your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement shall have the same meanings in this cancellation policy.
Bookings made prior to 1st May 2024
If you sign your tenancy agreement prior to 1st May 2024 and you have not collected the keys to your room, you may cancel your tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property, with no penalty up until 1st May 2024. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your tenancy agreement and will refund your advance rent payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of rent you may have made.
Bookings made on or after 1st May 2024
If you sign your tenancy agreement on or after 1st May 2024, unless the tenancy agreement has already commenced and you have not collected the keys to your room, you may cancel your tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your tenancy agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your tenancy, and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of rent you may have made.
Bookings made for Semester 2 or 3 starting after the 1 January 2024
If you sign a tenancy agreement for a semester booking you may cancel your tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property, with no penalty up until 8 weeks before the start of your agreement. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your tenancy, and will refund your advance rent payment of £250.00, together with any other payment of rent you may have made.
Unless the tenancy agreement has already commenced and if you have not collected your key, you may also cancel at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your tenancy agreement (the "Cooling-off Period"). During the cancellation period you may cancel your tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property. Once we receive such a notice, we will confirm receipt, cancel your tenancy, and will refund your advance rent payment of £250.00, together with any other payment of rent you may have made.
Cancelling outside the Cooling-Off Period
Outside the cooling-off period, you may request to cancel your tenancy, by notice in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property. However, you will remain liable for the rent payable under the tenancy agreement until a suitable replacement tenant has been found.
Cancelling as you do not receive your visa
If you are not successfully awarded a visa to travel and study, then we can help. Firstly, we may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences around the globe if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or we do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, we will release you from your tenancy agreement provided the following criteria are met:
You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property, within 3 days of your visa rejection letter: and
You provide the manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the embassy or visa office.
If your tenancy has commenced, you will remain liable for the rent payable under the tenancy agreement until receipt of the above.
In many cases, we can allow people to move in early at a daily rate, but you will need to contact the residence team to check.
Outside. Our buildings are non-smoking and incidents of smoking indoors will be dealt with strictly.
As long as you are able to return it to its original state on check-out or you will be recharged for any damages.
