The property offers fully furnished rooms designed with students' needs in mind. Each en-suite room features a comfortable bed, an attached bathroom, a study desk, and ample storage space. Meanwhile, each self-contained studio comes with a private kitchenette. Additionally, some studios offer dual occupancy at an extra cost. The rental tenure can range from 17 to 51 weeks, depending on the property.
Classic Ensuite£369 / week
Our classic en-suite rooms come with a private en-suite bathroom, a comfortable single bed, your own desk and Wi-Fi access. You'll find plenty of room for all your belongings with a wardrobe and under bed storage. You'll have access to a shared kitchen with your flat mates, where you'll have use of a kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, oven and fridge freezer. There is also a shared lounge area with sofa and a widescreen TV.
Large En-Suite£371 / week
Our Large En-suite rooms are similar to our En-suite rooms but bigger in size. They come with a private en-suite bathroom, a comfortable single bed, your own desk and Wi-Fi access. You'll find plenty of room for all your belongings with a wardrobe and under bed storage. You'll have access to a shared kitchen with your flat mates, where you'll have use of a kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, oven and fridge freezer. There is also a shared lounge area with sofa and a widescreen TV.

Our totally self contained classic studios have everything you need to enjoy your student experience, with private en-suite bathroom and a private kitchenette with fridge and microwave. We even provide you with a television (you will need to purchase a TV licence).
Large Studio£420 / week
Similar to our Studios but bigger in size, our totally self contained Large Studios have everything you need to enjoy your student experience, with private en-suite bathroom and a private kitchenette with fridge and microwave. You'll have a comfortable single bed, your own desk and Wi-Fi access. You'll find plenty of room for all your belongings with a wardrobe and under bed storage. We even provide you with a television (but you will need to purchase a TV licence).
Double Studio£440 / week
Our totally self contained Double Studios have everything you need to enjoy your student experience, with private en-suite bathroom and a private kitchenette with fridge and microwave. You'll have a comfortable double bed, with under bed storage, your own desk and Wi-Fi access. We even provide you with a television (but you will need to purchase a TV licence). Dual occupancy is available in our Double Studios.
Large Double Studio£450 / week
Our totally self contained studios have everything you need to enjoy your student experience, with private en-suite facilities and a private kitchenette with fridge and microwave. You'll have a comfortable 3/4 double bed, with under bed storage, your own desk and Wi-Fi access. We even provide you with a television (but you will need to purchase a TV licence). Dual occupancy is available in our Large Double Studios.
Extra Large Double Studio£465 / week
Luxuriously large living in lovely, lively, London. With a larger bed with disabled access, our totally self contained Extra Large Double Studios are our largest rooms and have everything you need to enjoy your student experience, with private en-suite large wet room bathroom and a private kitchenette with fridge and microwave. You'll have a comfortable double bed, with under bed storage, your own desk and Wi-Fi access. We even provide you with a television (but you will need to purchase a TV licence). Dual occupancy is available in our Double Studios.
Extra Large Studio£430 / week
Similar to our other Studios but even bigger in size, our totally self contained Extra Large Studios have everything you need to enjoy your student experience, with private en-suite bathroom and a private kitchenette with fridge and microwave. You'll have a comfortable single bed, your own desk and Wi-Fi access. You'll find plenty of room for all your belongings with a wardrobe and under bed storage. We even provide you with a television (but you will need to purchase a TV licence).
Booking Fee: A £250 advance rent payment is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your total rental payment.
Guarantor: UK-based guarantor required.
Installment Plan: 3 or 4 installments, or make a full payment
Mode of Payment: Rent payments can be made either via card or bank transfer.
Unless the context otherwise requires, words and expressions defined in your Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement shall have the same meanings in this cancellation policy.
Unless the tenancy agreement has already commenced and you have not collected the keys to your room, you may cancel your tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property, at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your first tenancy agreement for the 2025/26 Academic Year (the “Cooling-Off Period”). Once Property receive such a notice, Property will confirm receipt, cancel your tenancy, and will refund your Advance Rent Payment of £250.00, together with any other payments of rent you may have made.
Bookings made for Semester 2 or 3 starting after the 1 January 2025
If you sign a tenancy agreement for a semester booking you may cancel your tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property, with no penalty up until 8 weeks before the start of your agreement. Once Property receive such a notice, Property will confirm receipt, cancel your tenancy, and will refund your advance rent payment of £250.00, together with any other payment of rent you may have made.
Unless the tenancy agreement has already commenced and if you have not collected your key, you may also cancel at any time within the period of fourteen (14) days of the date on which you sign your first tenancy agreement for the 2025/26 Academic Year (the "Cooling-off Period"). During the cancellation period you may cancel your tenancy, by giving notice in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property. Once Property receive such a notice, Property will confirm receipt, cancel your tenancy, and will refund your advance rent payment of £250.00, together with any other payment of rent you may have made.
Cancelling outside the Cooling-Off Period
Outside the cooling-off period, you may request to cancel your tenancy, by notice in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property. However, you will remain liable for the rent payable under the tenancy agreement until a suitable replacement tenant has been found.
Cancelling as you do not receive your visa
If you are not successfully awarded a visa to travel and study, then Property can help. Firstly, Property may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences around the globe if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or Property do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, Property will release you from your tenancy agreement provided the following criteria are met:
You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property, within 3 days of your visa rejection letter: and
You provide the manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the embassy or visa office.
If your tenancy has commenced, you will remain liable for the rent payable under the tenancy agreement until receipt of the above.
One less worry if you don’t receive your offer
This is applicable to prospective first-year undergraduate students only
If you are not successful in obtaining your place at your chosen university, then don’t worry, Property can help. Firstly, Property may be able to transfer you to another one of our residences if you are going to study elsewhere. If you are not going to study elsewhere or Property do not have accommodation available in your new city/town of study, Property will release you from your tenancy agreement provided the following criteria are met:
You submit your request to cancel, in writing or by e-mail to the manager at the property, before 22nd August 2025; and
You provide the manager with a copy of your rejection letter from the University or UCAS.
Once Property have your request, Property will confirm receipt and refund your advance rent payment of £250.00, together with any other rent payments you may have made.

In many cases, we can allow people to move in early at a daily rate, but you will need to contact the residence team to check.
Outside. Our buildings are non-smoking and incidents of smoking indoors will be dealt with strictly.
As long as you are able to return it to its original state on check-out or you will be recharged for any damages.

I am very particular in terms of everything, but Uniacco took care of it. They\'ve picked up my calls every time and been there 24/7 to help me. I came in at the last minute but still was able to find my accommodation and I am so happy with it.
