Booking Deposit:
A one-time, non-refundable utility fee of £175 is required when signing the Tenancy Agreement. This covers all utility costs for the duration of your tenancy.
No additional administration fees or deposits are required.
If you are an international student, a prepayment of 30% of your annual rent is required upon signing the Tenancy Agreement.
Installment Plan:
For UK residents:
The first 4 weeks of rent must be paid in advance before moving in.
40% of the remaining rent (after the first 4 weeks) is due by 15th October.
Another 40% is due by 15th January.
The final 20% is due by 15th April.
For all other students:
30% of the annual rent is due when signing the Tenancy Agreement.
The remaining rent is to be paid in two further installments of 35% each during the tenancy.
Guarantor:
No guarantor is required to book a room with the property.
Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer.
Cooling Off Period
This property does not offer a cooling-off period. All contracts are legal and binding.
No Visa No Pay
If the student doesn’t get their visa to come and study in the UK, the student must send the visa application rejection letter within 7 days of receiving it and the property will cancel the booking and refund the money to the student.
If you fail within the 7 days to send the rejection letter you lose your right of cancellation. You must keep the property informed of progress of your application for your VISA.
Please note: The property reserves a discretion in approving any requested cancellation.
No Place No Pay
If the student fails their exams or is rejected by the UK University, the student needs to send property the university rejection letter, or proof that the exam results don’t meet the requirements of the university, and the property will cancel the booking and refund the money to the student. The student must send the proof documents within 7 days of receiving them.
If you fail within the 7 days to send the proof documents, you lose your right of cancellation.
To stay at Asha House, you do not need any guarantor.

For Asha House, a guarantor is not required.
