Booking Fee: You are required to pay £300 (£400 if you are an international student).

Faq

How do I Book?

You are required to pay £300 (£400 if you are an international student).

1. The £200 deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your tenancy.
2. The £100 (£180 if you are an international student) rent in advance will be deducted from the last payment of your rent.
3. The £20 is a Deposit Protection Fee which is charged by the third party company.
