The Standard Ensuite rooms are a fabulous 13m² and come with a ¾ sized bed, fitted wardrobes, study desk and chair, plenty of storage, and your own modern en-suite bathroom. Shared areas included a large kitchen and lounge.
Platinum Studio £239 / week
This larger luxury studio comes with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, study desk and chair, plenty of storage, and your own modern en-suite bathroom. There is also a private kitchenette which includes a fridge/freezer, combined microwave and mini grill oven, hob, kettle, toaster and vacuum.
Booking Deposit:- You need to pay an advance rent payment (£100 to £300) at the time of booking.(Adjustable in rent)
Installment Plan: You can choose to pay the full rent upfront or in three installments.
Guarantor: UK and International guarantors Accpeted.
Mode of Payment: Mastercard and Visa debit and credit card and Western Union.
Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel then the amount equal to the lesser of
(i) the AdvanceRent and
(ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s Licence Fee is non-refundable. If you have paid the Advance Rent and the licence agreement has been accepted by both parties then you will be held to the terms of the licence until a replacement licensee is found.
No. As per your Licence Agreement, if you’re caught smoking or tampering with smoke/fire detectors you’ll be liable for a cleaning or service charge.There are designated smoking areas at each of our developments which you are welcome to use.
Your room is very safe - all door entry is secured with a lock system and all communal space has CCTV.
Of course. We normally allow a maximum stay of two days per visit for guests but they will need to sign in/out at reception (this is outlined in our guest policy which you will sign when you move in). Guests are not allowed their own key.

I am very particular in terms of everything, but Uniacco took care of it. They\'ve picked up my calls every time and been there 24/7 to help me. I came in at the last minute but still was able to find my accommodation and I am so happy with it.
